Membership Information
Shoe hire not included with memberships or 10 pass. Shoe hire $7.
1) No set-up or cancellation fees.
2) Minimum 2 weeks notice must be given for cancellation. (Make a note on the customer’s account to cancel in 2 weeks from given date)
3) Direct Debit Members must ensure that:
a) There are sufficient funds in the account provided at the time of debit.
b) They notify us immediately if the details of their payment method changes.
4) Membership will be deactivated if payment is unsuccessful, and reactivated once the amount owing is paid.
5) Direct Debit Memberships are non-refundable.
1) Memberships must be paused for a MINIMUM of 2 weeks
2) Memberships are non-refundable
3) Memberships are non-transferrable (except under extenuating circumstances, please email info@betaone.com.au for more information)
